Are you drooling over a pair of shoes in our online shop?  Nervous about ordering? Here are some answers to questions you  may have:

 

How do I know my size?

Most of our footwear is sized in European sizing.  You can check out the Sizing Chart to do the conversion.  If you are wondering if a certain shoe/brand fits true-to-size, send us an email or a chat and we will reply as soon as we can.  {Example: 80% of our customers go down a size in the FitFlop brand)

For our ladies clothing, we also have a conversion chart with every product posted as well.  All of our sizing is represented in (US) sizing on the website.

 How much does shipping cost?

We currently have FREE SHIPPING for ORDERS OVER $100.  Shipping rates for orders under $100 calculated at checkout.

We are currently only shipping within Canada.

What is your "Return Policy"?

We allow returns up to 7 days after receiving your new purchase (before contact is made with our team).

Returns will only be accepted if the footwear is unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.  Once our Crush Team has inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase.

All DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

Do you offer any sort of "Guarantee" for your products?

We do offer a "Guarantee" on all products sold online, and stand by the quality, and workmanship of our suppliers.  That being said, contact us as soon as possible, if a defect is noticed, and we will work with the manufacturer to help solve any issue that may arise.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once payment is confirmed, your products will be sent out within 48 hours.  You should receive your new kicks between 2-10 business days if you live in Canada.  

Is our online pricing consistent with our in-store prices?

We do our best to keep online and in-store pricing consistent. Sometimes our prices may vary due to exclusive online promotions, flash sales and varying inventory levels at each location.
